Changing Things Up

For the next week and half or so, I'm going to change things up a bit here. My stepbrother, his wife and their two little girls are coming to visit on Wednesday for the next few weeks. I'll still be here behind the scenes reading, commenting and doing some writing; I'll also be trying my hardest to figure out what the heck you do with a three year old and an almost one year old. Seriously, what do you feed a child at those ages? How do you entertain them? While I am attempting to not inflict any sort of harm on my stepbrothers two little girls and keep them from sticking their fingers in light sockets or whatever it is the kids are into these days, some very talented and wonderful bloggers have agreed to share their writings with you.

In other news, today I am over at Rachel's place, confessing one of my deepest secrets.

Hope everyone has a Happy Monday! And if you have any ideas about how to keep a three year old and an almost one year old happy, entertained, etc. send them my way. =)

3 y.o. - Anything involving painting. Especially with fingers. Ew, I know, but they love it.
1 y.o. - Peek-a-boo. I have no idea why, but it works great.

For the food? I'm pretty sure their mom will have a better idea than us.

I have to agree and say Disney movies. That is always entertaining.

I hope you enjoy the family! Definitely go for some movies. And cheetos. Those work wonders. Or those Dibs ice cream things--they can't make too much of a mess with those!
